Accounting

Responsible for delivery of timely and accurate monthly financial statements and management information for the Company. Develop, implement and monitor accounting and reporting policies and procedures to conform to GAAP, Industry and Regulatory standards. Continually improve systems and business processes to operate efficiently as we grow the business.

Property Manager

Responsible for ALL aspects of day-to-day operations of the property, including accounting, tenant relations, maintenance and repair, security, janitorial services, landscaping, etc. The Property Manager insures that ALL tenant complaints and service requests are handled correctly and in a timely manner, and must be familiar with the terms of tenant leases. The Property Manager assists in the preparation of the annual budget, reporting and financial performance of the property.

Assistant Property Manager

Responsible for administrative and managerial work that involves coordinating, supervising, and assisting with the leasing, marketing, and resident relations of the apartment community. Assistant Property Manager will also assist the Property Manager with routine operational responsibilities as well as act as the Property Manager in their absence.

Maintenance Technician

Responsible for working directly with the Property Manager and/or the Assistant Property Manager, assists with the responsibility for supervising, coordinating, and controlling all costs of maintenance and repair operations to insure the highest quality product and service, and to maximize the profitability of the operation.

Responsible for coordinating and supervising the activities of the leasing department to ensure maximum possible occupancy.

LEASING AGENT

Responsible for bringing our company’s management initiatives to customer service related activities we provide to both prospective and existing residents as well as leasing all available residential spaces throughout the year, their primary responsibility. This includes, but is not limited to, providing best-in-class service to ALL prospective and existing residents, business partners and vendors, directing incoming phone calls, managing the internal meeting spaces, and assisting with general office organization relatives activities.
