Aubrey Brisendine

PRESIDENT & BROKER

Aubrey is responsible for overseeing Bristile’s entire management portfolio, ensuring that all Bristile business interactions and various engagements are provided adequate support to execute the management strategies necessary for the investment to be successful. In his role, Aubrey works closely with the Bristile executive team to leverage everyone’s skill sets to maximize Bristile’s capabilities and deliver the highest levels of customer service to all Bristile clients and residents. Aubrey’s real estate background includes extensive experience in asset management, development, raising capital, deal sourcing, and financial analysis of highly complicated real estate partnerships and investment opportunities for a multitude of various real estate ventures. Through PRIME Multifamily, Aubrey has served as a sponsor for numerous multifamily, commercial and mixed-use buildings in which Bristile served as the management team that led the transformation efforts. As a licensed real estate broker, Aubrey holds active licensure in the states of Texas and Missouri and is Broker for Bristile.

Aubrey is a graduate of Stephen F. Austin University; he holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the Nelson Rusche College of Business. Aubrey and his wife, Katie, are proud Lake Travis residents and have two children, Camden and Addison.

Walker Molinare

PARTNER & SENIOR ADVISOR

Walker is responsible for acquisitions, equity raising, debt structuring, as well as investor relations at PRIME Multifamily. He also serves as a Partner and Senior Advisor at Bristile. His background includes more than 16 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry. Since the inception of PRIME, he has acted as a Sponsor for an extensive number of multi-family projects, commercial office buildings, as well as mixed-use entities. The multi-faceted aspect of these investments has given Mr. Molinare an extensive background in all aspects of real estate investment, management, construction, and related real estate services. Mr. Molinare’s recent focuses include multi-family renovations and repositioning, as well as the acquisition and redevelopment of historical and other uniquely positioned or located properties. As a Senior Advisor for Bristile, Mr. Molinare helps to ensure that each and every project acquired, is approached with a unique perspective that reflects the intent to create assets capable of providing true value, worthy of long-term investment each of its investors.

Walker is a graduate of Stephen F. Austin University; he holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance & Marketing from the Nelson Rusche College of Business.

Jaime Rea

CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER

Jaime is Bristile’s longest serving employee and has been an instrumental part in Bristile’s success over the last 10+ years. Jaime currently oversees the companies’ administrative and reporting processes as well as the accounting and human resource operations. In her role, Jaime is responsible for ensuring that the companies’ operational controls are in place and that the day-to-day financial and human resource affairs for Bristile are handled in a timely and professional manner. Additionally, Jaime is a licensed real estate agent under Bristile Properties. Jaime’s previous professional experiences include accounting services for an oil and gas company and Controller for a real estate investment company, in addition to the various job roles held while she was a member of the United States Marines.

Jaime is a Lake Travis resident and has two children, Jailee and Jetyln. Jaime holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Network Administrations.

Julie LaPorte

VICE PRESIDENT – MANAGEMENT SERVICES

Julie serves as Vice President of Management Services for Bristile and is the current Property Manager at Stone Creek Village in Boerne. Julie has been a valued Bristile team member since 2008 and has served as property manager at multiple locations across Bristile’s Texas portfolio. Julie is responsible for overseeing operations on a day-to-day basis, handles vendor negotiations, POA management, and is a direct point of contact for our third-party investor clients at Stone Creek Village.

Chase Gentile

SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT

Chase currently serves as Senior Vice President to the renovation and maintenance arm of Bristile, Construction Advisors of Texas. In his role, Chase is responsible for overseeing the companies’ property renovation and maintenance operations to hundreds of single-family homes and various apartment communities around Texas. Since joining the Bristile team in 2009, Chase has successfully worked with owners, clients and subcontractors on over $15M of property renovations. As Vice President, Chase ensures that all CATX projects are completed in a timely, professional manner and at/or under budgeted projections. Chase has a keen eye for detail and demands quality in all services provided to the Bristile portfolio. His involvement and oversight create instant value to both the resident-user and our investor clients, by ensuring that our one chance at a first impression, is positive.

Chase is a graduate of Texas State University; he holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the McCoy College of Business. Chase is a Lake Travis resident that enjoys hunting, fishing and boating.

Bev Walker

PROPERTY ACCOUNTANT

Bev serves as the accounting assistant at Bristile. In her role, she is responsible for assisting our corporate office accounting team, as well as our onsite management teams, with various billing, payable, and software related entries. Bev is incredibly organized, detail oriented and brings over 15 years of experience in the accounting industry to the team. In addition to a strong work ethic, Bev brings a positive attitude to work every day and a valued asset to the Bristile team.

Laura Pyles

DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS – MISSOURI

Laura serves as the Director of Operations for Bristile’s Missouri portfolio. In her role, Laura is responsible for overseeing Missouri operations on a day-to-day basis, providing support functions to our onsite management teams, handles vendor negotiations and is a direct point of contact for our third-party investor clients in Missouri. Laura has been a valued team member since 2013 and has maintained an exceptionally high rate of occupancy across the entire portfolio throughout her tenure.
